1. Ordering & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are processed securely through our checkout system.
- Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed.
2. Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number (when available).
- Lovers of Today is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size
- color preference
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong quantity
Please make sure to double-check your size, style, and quantity before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, please contact eastvillagemerch@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to help assist you.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. If you need help and your order was just placed, reach out right away and we’ll do our best — but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
- with neighbors or building management
- your mailbox or delivery area
- your tracking information for delivery details
We cannot replace orders that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
However, if a package is lost in transit, please reach out — we may be able to assist with a claim.
